Sofya Gollan

As a filmmaker, playwright and campaigner on diversity and disability Sofya leverages +20 years’ experience advocating for change in cultural practices, change in the workplace and representation on screen of the broad and diverse audience that exists within Australia.

As well as being a creative practitioner, Sofya is recognised as a leader in the design and delivery of disability-led arts programs and have worked in leadership roles across the screen, arts, literary and disability sector.

The heart of her practice is ensuring that diversity of voices, opinions and communities can flourish.
