Lily Montgomery-Primmer

Lily is a Naarm/Melbourne-based artist and writer. Her work investigates systems of communication and the act of claiming of space – both physically through the work itself, and through conversations it prompts. Central to all work is the experience of the living body and how it is the site of personal and political struggle. She uses writing, printmaking, and installation to act as self advocacy to communicate her lived experiences, and to explore what is gained when sharing in this with others.
